A major iGaming company operating under Malta and Curacao licenses faced systemic brand protection challenges across multiple jurisdictions. The client required development of a comprehensive trademark portfolio, protection against competitor IP claims targeting their gaming products and domain assets, and resolution of extensive domain hijacking affecting traffic diversion to copycat operations.
Solution
We implemented a comprehensive global trademark registration strategy across EU, UK, Canada, and Australia, creating a robust IP protection framework. Developed systematic defense protocols against competitor claims targeting games and domain names.
